Susan Shur-Fen Gau, M.D., Ph. D.
高淑芬醫師博士
高淑芬教授現任臺大醫院副院長和台灣大學多個學科的特聘教授，獲耶魯大學博士學位。她在精神醫學領域貢獻卓著，曾擔任臺大醫院精神科主任和多個國際組織的重要職務。高教授的研究主要聚焦於注意力不足過動症和自閉症類群障礙，涵蓋精神病學、遺傳學和藥物流行病學等多個方面。她於學界耕耘超過 20 年，期間發表多篇學術論文，並獲得多項國家級研究獎項和國際認可。不僅在學術研究上成就斐然，還因其在新冠肺炎防疫工作中的貢獻而受到表彰，是臺灣精神醫學和公共衛生領域的領軍人物。

主要研究發展
睡眠研究
從青少年睡眠問題、睡眠型態轉變到睡眠障礙與神經質特質的關聯，建立睡眠與精神病理的基礎連結。研究範疇涵蓋睡眠驚醒症、夢遊症及其精神共病，探討睡眠問題與周產期因素、行為問題的關聯性。
社區流行病學/臨床精神醫學
透過台灣青少年三年追蹤研究，探討精神疾患盛行率、自殺行為與酗酒危險因子。擴展至體適能與精神疾患風險、兒童行為情緒問題，以及自閉症族群相關分析等。
神經心理功能認知內表現型
系統性研究注意力不足過動症與自閉症類群障礙的認知功能差異，包括執行功能、視覺空間工作記憶及社交認知等。 同時，發展並驗證中文版評估工具，探討性別差異、發展變化及認知功能與真實世界適應的關聯。
結構及功能性腦造影
運用縱向MRI研究注意力不足過動症與自閉症的腦區灰質體積變化、皮質厚度變異。探討腦白質微結構、內在功能連結異常與症狀表現的關聯，並建立發展軌跡的神經基礎。
腦造影內表現型
整合結構與功能影像資料，建立神經影像標記與臨床表現型的對應關係。利用全腦白質微結構特徵進行機器學習分析，探索可預測注意力不足過動症的生物標記，發展精準診斷模型。
藥物認知影像學
研究methylphenidate等精神藥物的認知與影像效應，探討藥物依從性決定因素及長期心血管風險。評估經顱磁刺激等非藥物治療對自閉症腦結構、功能及社交認知的療效。
認知影像基因學
結合基因分析、腦影像與認知評估，探討自閉症的遺傳神經機制。透過小鼠混合基因組研究腦表現型的特異性，並分析自閉症未受影響手足的聽覺誘發電位異常。
代謝體、腸內菌及微生物體學
透過代謝體、腸內菌研究探討自閉症可能之生理機制與代謝異常，尋找自閉症相關生物標記。
人工智慧學習平台
運用機器學習技術分析全腦白質微結構預測注意力不足過動症，以及利用語音測量進行自閉特質分類。整合多模態資料（影像、認知、基因）建立AI輔助診斷模型，推動精準醫療與個人化治療策略的發展。
